6 Week Online Event To Help Change Your Habits To A Healthier Lifestyle
DPV Health in partnership with Thomastown Neighbourhood House – FREE 6 week program to help you form lasting healthy habits. You’ll learn evidence based information and tips to foster your healthiest life. You’ll also sample a range of accessible physical activity options for FREE and select a topic and activity of your choice to cover in the final week.
Session Dates & Program Information
|Week 1 – 18th February||The link between eating well, moving often and feeling good|
|Week 2 – 25th February||Eating to feel good and Yoga session|
|Week 3 – 4th March||How to read Nutrition Information Panels and mat Pilates session|
|Week 4 – 11th March||Where to find quality, free online workouts and strength training session|
|Week 5 – 18th March||Tips on how to fit more movement into your day and Meditation session|
|Week 6 – 25th March||Participants to choose session activity and content|

Free Meditation & Walking Program
TNH will run a walking and meditation in conjunction with this program that will both run on Wednesdays through Term 1 Walking 8:45-9:45, meditation 10-11, with a free coffee thrown in for those that want one. (Booking for this through TNH, call 8376 6939)
