A Psychologist can identify, assess and understand your areas of concern, help you to develop useful strategies, provide guidance and support, and facilitate improvement in your relationships. Counselling helps to improve communication within your family unit, enhance relationships and strengthen bonds, build your self-esteem, and improve your mental and physical health.

Who can use this service
This service is for children and young people (aged birth to 18 years) and their parents/carers. We accept self-referral, GP/Hospital or Maternal Child Health Nurse referral.
