Our Services

Our medical services team provide high-quality, comprehensive, and family-friendly services at our modern, well-equipped medical centres in Broadmeadows and Mill Park. Both sites have multiple services: General Practitioners and Nursing professional offering health assessments, family planning, women’s health, maternal healthcare, chronic disease management, mental health care planning, specialist services like respiratory clinics & skin clinics, and vaccinations.

Our expert dental team is dedicated to keeping our communities teeth healthy and preventing oral health problems with high-quality treatment for the entire family. Using state-of-the-art technology and equipment, we offer public dental, affordable private dental, and an emergency dental service for adults and children.

Our allied health workforce is growing rapidly as demand grows globally. Allied health professionals provide a broad range of diagnostic, technical, therapeutic, and direct health services to improve the health and wellbeing of those they support. We support our community with pre-existing health problems or efforts to maintain a healthy life. Be part of a team of trained health professionals in areas of chronic disease management, musculoskeletal health, rehabilitation care, and prevention therapy.

Supporting our community with stress, depression, anxiety, loss and grief, family violence, relationships, trauma, and victims of crime. Be part of something great and join our team of social workers, psychologists, occupational therapists, lived experience workers and mental health nurses to provide support to our community.

Our disability support workers cover a wide range of needs and requirements including life skills, community participation, behaviour supports, domestic assistance, personal care, complex care and respite care. Our service offer group support programs onsite and, in the community, designed to meet individual needs at home, in educational and employment settings, social circles and within the wider community.

Our clinicians support the health and development of young children, youth, and their families. At DPV Health you will join our likeminded paediatric medical services, early childhood intervention, psychology, and counselling services clinicians in providing a range of community groups and programs which aim to enhance the wellbeing of children and their families.

Contribute through facilitating clinical supports to our ageing community through early diagnosis and management of chronic conditions, mental health, falls prevention, hand therapy programs, and living well with pain program and maintaining independence.

Join our caring support worker network offering the means of connection with the people and aspects of the community that are cherished. Support workers provide one-on-one support within the community, assisting with social outings, exercise, health services and shopping. These services ensure connection with the things that matter most.

DPV Health acknowledges our consumers have the right to access to in language services to ensure effective communication with people and their families and carers, regardless of their physical abilities, linguistic proficiency or cultural background. This is why DPV Health invests in an in-house language service, providing high quality services both in spoken and written language – a further step in our path to excellent health care.

Our support services team provide practical and effective supports across areas of regulation, marketing, compliance, governance, finance, property, logistics information technology and people & culture. We also have teams dedicated to community health education and prevention services including health promotion, NDIS and Home Care Package Engagement, Community Engagement and Care Navigation. We are always seeking volunteers who can commit to supporting vulnerable people from diverse backgrounds. Professional training, supervision and support is provided.

Main duties and expectations of our volunteering role:

  • Provide a welcoming, kind, and supportive human connection
  • Actively engage, either face to face or virtually, supporting and assisting them to navigate and fully participate in their health care journey
  • Recognise and respond to individual service user needs and concerns
  • Provide service users with support, information and referral options and choices
  • Promote service user safety
  • Work independently as well as within a team
  • Follow instructions and practice guidelines
  • Have good digital literacy and confidence; record keeping, emailing, communication and information sharing
  • Adhere to privacy policy requirements

Key Projects & Outcomes

DPV Health's $12m Funding Boost

DPV Health’s reputation as a proven provider of high quality, inclusive health and support services has seen an additional $12m of new funding flow into the organisation over the past 12 months

Partnership Enhances Client Experience

We recently signed an MOU with our largest acute partner Northern Health, which will see us work together to improve the client experience through streamlined referrals, shared care models and systemic advocacy on behalf of Melbourne’s north.

Government Funds Aged Care

We have been funded by the Commonwealth Government to offer Aged Care Assist in the Cities of Whittlesea and Mitchell Shire.

$2m Tender for Victims

DPV Health has been awarded a $2m per year tender to deliver the Victims Assistance Program to provide support and case management to victims of crime in Melbourne’s north east.

Autism Assessments Supported in Hume

We have been funded by the Department of Health and the Department of Education and Training to support Multi-disciplinary Autism Assessments in Hume LGA

New Site Supports Northern Growth

In June this year, we launched a new purpose-built site for Allied Health and specialist services in Mickleham North to support the expanding Northern growth corridor
