We at DPV Health encourage you to proactively participate with us in maintaining the excellent healthcare services across our region.  We can work with you in many ways; from the support we provide with your healthcare decisions, to creating opportunities for you to contribute your thoughts and ideas which help us in developing services that our community needs.

Here are some practical ways in which you can contribute to and participate in the work of DPV Health in the local community:

Become a volunteer

Volunteers are vital to our work; from providing practical help with programs or events, to sharing their skills and experience with us and the people who use our services. If you would like to know more about volunteering, just click on this word Volunteer to go to the page.

Surveys rating your satisfaction with DPV Health

We provide clients with the opportunity to let us know how they think we are preforming. We run regular surveys that ask questions about how you rate our services and how you think we can improve.

You may be interested to know that we also have the opportunity to give feedback on the quality of our services. These surveys ask questions about the quality of the healthcare we are providing to you. We value your feedback.

Focus Groups

We regularly organise formal focus groups which are led by a trained group leader and focus on a specific topic or issue. Focus groups can be held at a DPV Health location or sometimes in a community setting. Participants are free to openly express their opinions, respond to comments, and pose relevant questions.  Focus group feedback is very helpful to us to better understand community opinions and needs.
