Our service is available to people living in the cities of Whittlesea and Hume, and extends to include residents in the surrounding areas.
Clients using the Adult Dental Program or Emergency Services must be aged 18 years or over, and have a valid Pension Card or Health Care Card. A waiting list applies for the Adult Dental Program.
Our Youth Dental Program can be accessed by secondary school children (Years 7-12) who have a Concession Card or are dependants of a Concession Card Holder.
Our School Dental Program is available to all primary school children, from Prep to Year 6.
The Early Childhood Oral Health Program provides care for all preschoolers, aged 0-5 years.
We also accept self-referrals. Clients who have a current Health Care Card or Pension Card will be placed on a waiting list for Adult Dental Program. Appointments for all clients under 18 years of age are to be booked by a parent or guardian.
Child Dental Benefits Schedule (CDBS) may cover part or the full cost of some dental services for:
- Children aged 0 – 12 years
- Young people up to 17 years who hold a healthcare or pensioner concession card or are dependents of a concession card holder
Private emergency and general dental services are available to anyone at full fee for service.
