Understanding Depression & Anxiety

Depression and anxiety is one of the most common mental health problems for young Australians. About one in every four people aged 12 to 25 will experience depression. Anxiety is distressing, and it can stop you achieving your full potential, but it can be treated.

You Can Talk

The holiday period can be a particularly difficult time for many Australians. While it can be difficult to talk about suicide, research shows anyone can have a positive influence on a friend, family or work colleague they are worried about by starting a conversation and supporting them to seek help.
