Our ‘Well-Minded’ Approach

Mental Health & Wellbeing

At DPV Health, our Well‑Minded Approach is designed to support your mental health and wellbeing through a holistic, strengths‑based model that reflects the diversity of our community.

We place you and your family at the centre of your care, offering peer support and professional services together in warm, safe, and inclusive spaces.

Our programs are co‑led by people with lived and living experience, and we are committed to culturally safe, trauma‑informed practice so you always feel respected, understood, and supported.

You can choose how you connect with us — in person, by phone, or online, with flexible access to suit your needs.

As an accredited provider under the National Safety and Quality Mental Health Standards for Community Managed Organisations (NSQMHCMO), we deliver care that is safe, high‑quality, and continually improving.

What Makes Us Different

A wide menu of supports:

We offer a broad range of options so people can choose what feels right for them — from one‑on‑one sessions and group programs to peer support, cultural support, outreach, practical help, and creative or social activities. There’s something for every stage of a wellbeing journey.

Client‑ and community‑led care:

We listen first. Then we plan together. Support is shaped around each person’s goals, preferences, and what matters most in their life.

Co‑led by lived and living experience:

People with lived and living experience are part of our team, including 3 co-leaders,  and help shape how our services are designed, delivered, and continuously improved. Their insight brings understanding, hope and authenticity to the support we offer.

Culturally safe & inclusive:

Everyone is welcome here. We actively create spaces where people from all cultures, identities, and abilities feel respected, understood and safe — including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, LGBTIQASB+ people, and multicultural communities.

How We Can Support You

People can see us face‑to‑face, by phone, or via video. We also offer outreach and follow‑up pathways so support can fit comfortably into everyday life.

Quality you can trust:

As an accredited service under the National Safety and Quality Mental Health Standards for Community Managed Organisations (NSQMHCMO), we are committed to safe, consistent, high‑quality care. We regularly reflect, review, and measure outcomes to keep improving.
