Events and Celebrations

Our People are in the business of care and generally we are hardwired to be social. As humans we first learn about socialising through our interactions with the first people we encounter, our family, and from there, we go through life meeting people who may have meaningful impacts on our lives. That includes people from within our workplace. At work, we encounter a variety of people with different personalities on an almost daily basis.

Strong social connections in the workplace don't just benefit Our People, they help to build a successful service delivery model and overall organisation. Relationships build a strong organisation culture that stresses respect, loyalty and trust.

As part of our inclusion strategy, we also recognise and celebrate cultural days of significance within our community as well organisational milestones and annual events. Following are some of our recent events and celebrations:

5th Birthday Celebrations

Annual Excellence Awards & Service Recognition Ceremony

Annual Volunteers Lunch

Strategic Plan Launch

End of Year Function

Community Events, including Pride March, NAIDOC March, Walk against Family Violence
