Northern Health & DPV Health Community Service Directory

DPV Health & Northern Health have been working together to create a Community Health and Wellbeing Directory.

This service directory was originally created by the Hume Whittlesea Primary Care Partnership in 2020 with an aim to assist people in Melbourne’s north to locate and access much needed local health and community services.

DPV Health took responsibility for maintaining the service directory and making it more broadly available when the Hume Whittlesea Primary Care Partnership ceased operating in 2022.  Since then, Northern Health and DPV Health have worked together and contributed funds to update the Service Directory to ensure information is current and expand the list and type of services included.
