To support early years services, DPV Health delivers the High 5 for a Super You program, which focuses on nutritious eating and physical activity

The program takes a whole‑service approach, working alongside educators, leaders, families, and children to create supportive environments that encourage nutritious food choices and active play. This is achieved through learning-based experiences, parent and staff engagement, and by increasing access to nutritious foods and shaping positive food environments.
The program also promotes inclusive practices that support physical activity for children of all abilities, helping to build skills, confidence, and lifelong habits in a supportive way.
The High 5 for a Super You program seeks to support educational settings through five pillars
- Create a partnership agreement to understand your goal
- Develop, review and/or update current policies
- Review menus and provide advice on nutritious food and drink options
- Review play area and provide recommendation for suitable play environment for all abilities
- Provide H5 for a Super You branded communications to support nutritious eating and active living key message
- Provide engaging activities for activities to use
- Support with child-led initiatives that promote nutritious eating and physical activity messaging
- Build the capacity of staff through professional development opportunities
- Parent/caregiver information session
- Newsletter, social media and email communications
