School Focused Youth Service

Our School Focused Youth Service supports students from years 5 to 12 who are currently attending school, but are vulnerable to or showing signs of disengaging from school.

This service is supported and funded by the Victorian Government (Department of Education and Training). The School Focused Youth Service is available to all students across government, Catholic and independent schools in the Hume Local Government Area.

The School Focused Youth Service does not work directly with students. Instead, it works in partnership with the local schools and community service providers to provide targeted interventions to best support at-risk young people. This service is complementary
