Do you need help with housing? Our free homelessness services aim to support people with connections to the City of Whittlesea to attain suitable housing.
The DPV Health Homelessness Service is a case management service funded by DHHS to support people at risk of or experiencing homelessness, and currently living in or have links to the Whittlesea Local Government area.
Our team can provide you with referrals to other agencies including:
- crisis accommodation
- financial assistance
- counselling
- parenting support
- drug and alcohol
- education and employment
- family/domestic violence
Please note, DPV Health Homelessness does not take direct referrals.

The service is delivered in the City of Whittlesea.
This service is available to people who are at risk of or experiencing homelessness and are currently living in or have links to the Whittlesea Local Government area.
There are no fees for this service.
This service does not accept self referrals. All referrals must come from Have Home Safe – 9479 0700.
If you are experiencing homelessness or worried that you might become homeless soon, you can call 1800 825 955 and speak with an Initial Assessment and Planning staff member about your situation. You will be connected to the nearest Homelessness Access Point Service.
