Opportunity for Community leaders to raise their Voice

Be part of DPV Health’s Community Engagement Board Committee!

The DPV Health Community Engagement Committee is an advisory committee, established by the DPV Health Board in 2019. The committee aims to inform, recommend, and advise the DPV Health Board of Governance on matters related to community engagement and participation, fostering strategic alliances, community partnerships and organisational reputation. 

As part of DPV Health’s commitment to ensuring the feedback and insights from people with lived and living experience is embedded in all aspects of our work, DPV Health are seeking to engage up to three (3) new external community members to join the Community Engagement Committee in an advisory capacity. These roles create an opportunity for community members to provide direction and representational participation in governance mechanisms within DPV Health.  

You will be asked to provide insights into subject including, but not limited to: 

• Community participation in service design, planning, delivery, evaluation, and governance  
• Engagement with diverse communities 
• Strategic alliances and partnerships 
• Reputation as a primary care service provider, and 
• Client experience and satisfaction. 

This is a unique opportunity for you to bring the broader community-voice to governance level forums in an authentic and practical way.
