DPV Health Medical Centres are located in Broadmeadows and Mill Park.
Appointments with one of our qualified and professional male or female doctors can be made online or over the telephone. paediatric, psychology and counselling, physiotherapy and more allied health services are also offered within the same building.
Changes to appointments at our Medical Centres during coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic outbreak (Stage 4)
Phone and video appointments (Telehealth) are available to all patients. During the COVID-19 outbreak, this will be our recommended method of consultation to keep you and our team safe. However face to face appointments can be arranged as necessary after your initial video or phone consultation.
Clients are permitted to travel beyond the 5km radius to attend medical and healthcare support however you may need to provide proof of your appointment if asked. The confirmation text message sent to you would act as proof.
Online bookings are also available for all Telehealth consultations.
If you require a Coronavirus screening test, we are conducting drive through service at a fixed site in Mernda located at Waterview Recreation Reserve – Waterview Drive from 9:30am until 4:30pm daily. Telehealth – Bulk Billed Video & Phone Appointments
Telehealth is a healthcare appointment by video or phone that directly connects you with your medical specialist or nurse.
Telehealth does not eliminate the need for visits to a healthcare professional. There are a few healthcare conditions and services that cannot be diagnosed or delivered without the presence of the client.
Can I get my prescription issued via Telehealth services?
Yes, our GP’s can fax through your script to your local Pharmacy for collection. With many Pharmacies now offering home delivery services you can organize your medication to be sent straight to your door. Please speak to your GP for more information.
The service is at the discretion of the doctor for existing clients who have a recent history of receiving a prescription for a known condition.
