Telehealth – Bulk Billed Video & Phone Appointments

DPV Health believe in providing clients with choice and control on how you receive your health care, and now more than  ever, choice is of highest importance.

What is Telehealth services and why use it?

Telehealth is a healthcare appointment by video or phone that directly connects you with your medical specialist or nurse.

Benefits of Telehealth:

  1. Convenience to access healthcare services from anywhere
  2. A safe environment with no risk of spreading the virus
  3. No “out of pocket” costs to clients (bulk billed)
  4. Saves time
  5. Ability to practice social distancing

Telehealth does not eliminate the need for visits to a healthcare professional. There are a few healthcare conditions and services that cannot be diagnosed or delivered without the presence of the client.

Yes, our GP’s can fax through your script to your local Pharmacy for collection. With many Pharmacies now offering home delivery services you can organize your medication to be sent straight to your door. Please speak to your GP for more information.

The service is at the discretion of the doctor for existing clients who have a recent history of receiving a prescription for a known condition.
